We provide a Trust Planning service. We charge a fee for this service and we would generally work in conjuction with your accountant and other industry professionals when setting up a Unit Trust Facility. We have a Unit Trust Structure in-house which we can hold assets and following a review and fact finding excercise we may opt to use the Unit Trust. There are specific rules associated with using Unit Trusts so we would need to ensure that if we recommend this structure it is the right INDEPENDENT ADVICE to suit your needs.
